Matt Miller, aka Positron, former lead developer of CoH/V and now free creative element at Paragon Studios, spent a few days in Seoul at the end of last year. Given NCsoft’s headquarters is in Seoul, I don’t think he was going over just for the sights. Speculation to follow.
